Hola, my name is Arcelia Marquez, the proud owner of Deli-Botanas. A Mexican snack bar that brings the vibrant flavors of my hometown, Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico to Phoenix, AZ. Growing Up in northern Mexico, I was surrounded by a rich food culture. Everything from street food vendors to family meals made with love. I wanted to share that experience with others, so I opened Deli-Botanas as a way to bring a little taste of home to the heart of the Valley, in Phoenix, AZ.

At Deli-Botanas, we specialize in a variety of delicious offerings: from classic Mexican street snacks to our signature mini pancakes and Maruchan noodles with a twist. Our chilaquiles bar and brunch options are perfect for those looking to enjoy a fusion of flavors, whether it's a light snack or a hearty meal.

For me, every dish is more than just food...it's a connection to the traditions and memories of my childhood. For that exact reason, I'm excited to share that with you here in Phoenix, and surrounding areas.
